Construction

Botticelli is worked seamlessly from the top down. Construction begins at the back neck and is shaped through the back yoke. Stitches are then held while the front yoke is worked by picking up stitches at the shoulders. Once the front and back yokes are complete, they are joined and the body is worked in the round to the hem. Sleeves are picked up and worked from the armholes, allowing the garment to be tried on as you knit and making it easy to customize both body and sleeve length for your preferred fit.
